The 2010 Wairau Reserve Sauvignon Blanc has a pronounced nose of fresh sage, capsicum and pea pods over nuances of wet pebbles and lime juice. Dry, medium bodied and with very crisp acidity, the herbal / vegetal flavors are concentrated with just enough citrusy lift, finishing long. Drink it now to 2013.
